18th Sunday in Ordinary Time - Booklet.pdf
Let's hear it for our Christmas in July volunteers! So many people gave of their time and resources to make our projects successful! A big thank you to Vicki Ford who makes the calendar and to Anne Santiago who created all the sign ups online!
They'll know we are Christians by our love!
Thank you goes to all of our volunteers for giving of their time and energy. Our grounds look great and we are ready to greet our parishioners and our students. Special recognition goes to Gene the yard debris king, and the other 11 individuals who helped in trimming our forest. I am so grateful for Father Rodel, who power washed the brick walkway; Andrea, Ryan, Ada and Leif, for trimming, clearing out, and putting the bark chips in front of the school despite discovering the yellow jacket nest--everyone is fine, but we did respect them the rest of the day. Huge kudos go to Per-Michael, JoAnna and Dan for the cleanup of branches, leaves, and yard debris. Also, thank you to our afternoon shift which included Ron and Casey. And finally thank you to Otto's for supplying such great food for all of our volunteers. We still have a little bit of cleaning. So if you have a pickup truck, and feel the spirit, we could use your help to take a load to McFarland. Contact Bruce at:
Thank you all for your hard work.

JustFaith: Faith & Racial Equality
Do you want to address racism but you don’t know where to begin? Join us -- St Ignatius parishioners & friends -- to study, reflect and join in conversations on the topics of Faith & Racial Equity. These are hard topics that we must face and work through so that we may be reconciled with God and with one another.
We will meet via Zoom once a week (two and half hour/session) for 8 weeks on this journey together, beginning the first week of August going through the last week of September.

Our parishioners, Winnie and Andrew, just moved back to the neighborhood and are looking for a home to purchase. They would like a one-level home with 2-3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. If you happen to know of a home in the area for sale that matches that description please send Winnie an email. Thanks!
Our hope in this time of social distancing is that we not distance from our Holy Family community. We have many ways to reach out to you: weekly Flocknotes, Livestream Masses/Adoration, our website, our Facebook page, etc. Please encourage your friends to sign up and hear the Good News! Everyone needs that positivity in light of our current situation. YOU ARE LOVED!
